Project Components

Over six months, we enable the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority to apply the EFQM Model and obtain recognition. The program includes RADAR tool training, review of previous assessments, setup and tracking of improvement projects, three deep-dive workshops to raise maturity and alignment, specialized consulting, preparation of the management document, and management of field evaluation and certification.

A. The Challenge: Build EFQM capabilities quickly, close gaps from prior assessments, align strategy and operations, and evidence continuous improvement through governed projects and a compliant management report to achieve formal recognition within six months.

b. Our Solution: Deliver structured RADAR training, review earlier evaluations, issue recommendations and action plans, stand up and monitor improvement projects, run three deep-dive workshops, coach management report preparation, and coordinate on-site evaluation and certification logistics.
