We enabled the General Court of Audit (GCA) in Saudi Arabia to adopt the EFQM 2025 model, starting with a maturity assessment and gap analysis. We supported departments to tailor the model, ran RADAR-focused training for over 195 staff across 20 departments, assigned criterion owners, and instituted impact tracking to raise accreditation readiness and institutional performance.
A. The Challenge: Align diverse departments on EFQM 2025, build capability quickly, baseline maturity, and connect excellence practices with measurable performance improvements while preparing for external assessment and accreditation.
B. Our Solution: Conducted maturity assessment and gap analysis, provided tailored adoption support, delivered RADAR workshops to 195 staff from 20 departments, assigned sub-criterion owners, activated self-assessment, and established mechanisms to monitor impact and satisfaction.
C. Key Achievements: Completed baseline assessment; trained 195 staff from 20 departments on RADAR; appointed owners for each sub-criterion; achieved over 90% internal satisfaction; strengthened linkage between EFQM practices, performance, and continuous improvement.
