We developed a training strategy and built specialized training packages for the Saudi Real Estate Institute in Riyadh. Scope included stakeholder interviews, training needs analysis, curriculum design aligned to sector standards, external expert arbitration, a knowledge transfer guide, and interactive digital materials with cases and exercises to sustain learning and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
A. The Challenge: The Institute needed sector-aligned curricula that close knowledge gaps, standardize quality across programs, and institutionalize knowledge transfer so training remains consistent, scalable, and compliant with national and international real estate standards.
