Design and implementation of an adaptive change methodology for the National Center for Government Resources Systems. Scope includes a flexible, unified change framework; project-specific change programs for current and future initiatives; tools for change and unified system management aligned with the Unified Government Resource Program (UGRP) and modern technologies; and stakeholder awareness campaigns for internal, external, partners, and beneficiaries.
A. The Challenge: NCGR required a unified, adaptable change approach to standardize launches across diverse systems and projects, align with UGRP and modern technologies, and engage varied stakeholder groups to ensure adoption and sustained benefits.
B. Our Solution: Built a flexible enterprise change framework, standardized launch and change procedures, tailored project-level change programs, developed practical toolkits for change and unified-system governance, and executed targeted awareness campaigns to raise readiness across internal and external stakeholders.
C. Key Achievements: Established an adaptable framework and unified procedures; prepared project-ready change programs; produced change-management and unified-system toolsets; and designed comprehensive awareness plans, improving stakeholder understanding and enabling consistent adoption across NCGR initiatives.
