In collaboration with Tatweer, this project focused on designing and implementing a comprehensive national quality assurance system to elevate the standards of private education in Saudi Arabia. Recognizing the strategic importance of education as a driver of national development, the project introduced a framework that ensures private schools operate under clear quality benchmarks aligned with best international practices. Through a combination of workshops, field studies, and stakeholder engagement, the team developed an integrated system that covers quality standards, policies, operating models, and tools for continuous improvement. Beyond system design, the project also delivered training programs and technical support to ensure sustainability and effective adoption. By embedding measurement mechanisms, procedural guides, and evaluation frameworks, the initiative established a long-term model that strengthens accountability and fosters excellence across private education institutions. The outcome is a scalable, practical, and impactful system that not only raises current standards but also positions private education in Saudi Arabia for future growth and global competitiveness.
