This project modernised the Decision Support Center’s process architecture to align with its 2025–2030 strategy and new organisational structure. Work streams included mapping and analysing existing procedures, redesigning processes and linking them to services, building a value chain and interaction model, developing a digital platform and training employees to use the new system.
A. The Challenge
Outdated and fragmented procedures hindered efficiency and responsiveness. The centre needed to align its processes with strategic priorities and adopt digital solutions to enhance service delivery.
B. Our Solution
We assessed current workflows, identified redundancies and redesigned procedures to improve clarity and efficiency. A value chain and interaction model connected processes to services. A digital platform was built to automate workflows, and staff were trained to adopt the new procedures.
C. Key Achievements
The centre achieved improved operational efficiency, clearer roles and better alignment with strategy. The digital platform reduced processing times and improved data accuracy, while training ensured staff embraced the changes.
