Project Components

Over a year, training programmes were delivered to 1,500 youth across Saudi Arabia to build skills in tourist‑service etiquette, entrepreneurship for small and medium tourism enterprises, museum management and security. The blended learning combined theoretical instruction, practical workshops and field visits guided by experienced trainers.

A. The Challenge

The tourism sector required a skilled workforce capable of providing high‑quality services, managing heritage assets and launching sustainable businesses. Many young people lacked relevant skills and exposure.

B. Our Solution

We designed targeted curricula for various tourism disciplines, selected and trained 1,500 participants and delivered programmes across multiple regions. Training included customer service, business planning, museum operations and security protocols, complemented by site visits to deepen practical understanding.

C. Key Achievements

The initiative empowered 1,500 youth with actionable skills, improved service quality for tourists, encouraged entrepreneurship and enhanced the management of museums and heritage sites across the kingdom.
