This project delivered specialised training programmes to improve the knowledge and professional skills of notaries within the Ministry of Justice. It included needs analysis, designing custom training materials and conducting workshops to ensure adherence to institutional excellence standards and improved service quality.

Notary employees required enhanced competencies and understanding of quality standards to efficiently perform their duties and elevate judicial services.
