This project developed a comprehensive institutional performance management framework for the authority supporting maritime project portfolios. It began with diagnosing the current state, defined key indicators and reference models, established data governance and reporting processes and culminated in activating performance measurement and issuing periodic reports. Dashboards and digital tools enable continuous monitoring and decision‑making.
A. The Challenge
The authority lacked a unified system to evaluate and track its maritime initiatives, resulting in fragmented data, inconsistent reporting and limited visibility into project outcomes.
B. Our Solution
We assessed the existing situation, benchmarked best practices, defined strategic objectives and key performance indicators, and designed a reference framework for performance management. We implemented measurement tools, digital dashboards and governance policies to ensure data integrity and regular reporting.
C. Key Achievements
The authority now has an integrated performance management system that delivers regular reports, improves visibility into project portfolios and supports strategic decision‑making. Data dashboards and governance policies enable proactive management of maritime initiatives.
