This initiative developed three specialised leadership curricula tailored to different organisational levels. Each package incorporates global best practices such as Situational Leadership®, strategic thinking and agile execution. The materials include facilitator guides, participant workbooks and digital modules. A training‑of‑trainers component equips internal coaches to sustain the programmes.

A. The Challenge

The client’s existing leadership training lacked depth and modern frameworks. Leaders needed a structured curriculum to enhance strategic, operational and people‑management capabilities.

B. Our Solution

We analysed organisational needs, benchmarked world‑class programmes and designed three curricula targeting emerging, mid‑level and senior leaders. The packages combine interactive workshops, case studies, self‑assessments and digital learning. A train‑the‑trainer programme ensures internal capability to deliver future courses.

C. Key Achievements

Leaders improved their strategic and operational skills, and feedback indicated higher confidence and effectiveness. The modular design allows the organisation to scale programmes as needed, while internal trainers ensure sustainability.
