This project conducts research to support Saudi Arabia’s digital government ambition and improve its ranking in UN e‑government indices. It analyses international benchmarks, identifies best practices, and develops policy recommendations and action plans. The research covers digital services, infrastructure, data integration and regulatory frameworks to guide national strategies.
A. The Challenge
Saudi Arabia needed evidence‑based insights to close gaps in digital government maturity and remain competitive internationally.
B. Our Solution
We assembled a multidisciplinary research team, collected data on global digital government initiatives and evaluated Saudi performance across key indices. The team engaged stakeholders and produced actionable recommendations tailored to local conditions.
C. Key Achievements
The research informed strategic decisions that improved Saudi Arabia’s e‑government ranking. It highlighted priority areas for investment, inspired reforms and facilitated collaboration between government entities.
