The project evaluated the Real Estate Development Fund’s performance using the EFQM methodology and the RADAR tool. It mapped the organisation’s ecosystem, identified business sectors and assigned weightings, documented methodologies for each criterion and gathered results related to stakeholder perceptions and strategic and operational indicators. Workshops explained the evaluation model and supported data entry, culminating in a comprehensive report.
A. The Challenge
To compete for national and international excellence awards, the fund needed a systematic assessment of its performance. It lacked a structured framework to map processes, measure results and identify areas for improvement, hindering its ability to meet EFQM standards.
B. Our Solution
We applied the EFQM model using the RADAR assessment tool, mapping processes and weighting business sectors. Our team documented methodologies and results, facilitated workshops to explain criteria and tools, and supported staff in entering data into the evaluation platform. We analysed findings and produced a detailed report with improvement recommendations.
C. Key Achievements
The assessment provided a clear baseline and roadmap for excellence. The fund gained an understanding of strengths and improvement areas, aligned its processes with EFQM standards and is now better positioned to pursue excellence awards. The project fostered a culture of continuous improvement and measurement.
