This project activates the digital experience maturity assessment framework within government entities. It involves analysing current maturity levels, benchmarking against six leading countries, defining perspectives, indicators and weights, planning and conducting measurement cycles, collecting data through field visits, analysing results, producing reports with recommendations, conducting outreach and media activities and delivering knowledge-transfer programmes and specialised seminars.
A. The Challenge
Although a maturity framework existed, government entities needed help implementing it effectively. Challenges included varying maturity levels, limited benchmarking, unclear measurement methodologies and the need for continuous communication and capacity building across agencies.
B. Our Solution
We reviewed previous assessments, benchmarked internationally and designed a detailed maturity framework with perspectives, indicators, weights and targets. We planned and executed measurement cycles, collected and analysed data, produced reports with recommendations and success stories, and organised marketing campaigns. We delivered a comprehensive knowledge-transfer programme through daily collaboration and specialised seminars.
C. Key Achievements
The project produced final reports for each measurement cycle, highlighted best practices and lessons learned and improved maturity levels across participating entities. It strengthened communication and transparency through media content, trained staff via three specialised seminars and established a sustainable measurement and improvement system.
