This three‑year initiative renews, operates and maintains the Human Resources Development Fund’s work procedures platform. It includes licence renewal, continuous operations, technical support and maintenance, comprehensive documentation of system components, user guides and training programmes for administrators and end‑users. The project ensures service continuity, integration with related systems and compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
A. The Challenge
The fund’s existing platform required modernisation and ongoing support to meet evolving organisational needs. Without renewal and training, the platform risked downtime, security vulnerabilities and user frustration, undermining HRDF’s ability to deliver services effectively.
B. Our Solution
Our team renewed software licences, established operations and maintenance services and documented all platform components. We produced user guides for administrators, technical support and end‑users, and delivered training and knowledge transfer programmes. Integration work ensured compatibility with existing systems, and we implemented robust cybersecurity and service‑level management.
C. Key Achievements
The platform now operates reliably with up‑to‑date licences and secure operations. Users are better equipped through detailed documentation and training, and the system integrates smoothly with HRDF’s broader IT environment.
