By accessing or using kaizen.sa (and subpages) or participating in Kaizen programs, you agree to follow this Code, as well as Kaizen’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Citation Policy.

    • Foster inclusive participation: be mindful of language, cultural differences, accessibility needs, and diverse viewpoints.
    • Use professional, constructive feedback; avoid defamatory or inflammatory statements in any Kaizen context (posts, forums, chats, emails).
    • Follow event rules and lawful instructions by Kaizen staff at physical and virtual events.
3. Integrity, conflicts, and anti-corruption
    • Act honestly and in Kaizen’s best interests; disclose and manage conflicts of interest.
    • Do not offer, solicit, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or improper gifts.
    • Comply with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other relevant jurisdictions.
4. Privacy, data protection, and PDPL
    • Handle personal data lawfully, fairly, and securely, consistent with Kaizen’s Privacy Policy and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
    • Only collect or share personal data for legitimate purposes, with appropriate notice/consent where required; respect data-subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.).
    • Protect data using reasonable organizational and technical safeguards; report suspected personal-data breaches promptly to Kaizen. See Privacy Policy sections on collection, sharing, rights, security, and PDPL guidance.
5. Intellectual property, content use, and fair citation
    • Respect Kaizen’s IP (reports, frameworks, data, graphics, badges, logos). Use is limited to internal purposes unless a written license or permission is granted.
    • External citations, reprints, graphics/badge usage, and promotional claims must comply with Kaizen’s Citation Policy (accuracy, context, freshness windows, objectivity statement, and prior approval when required).
    • Never imply Kaizen endorsement unless explicitly authorized; avoid misleading comparisons or disparagement of competitors using Kaizen materials.
6. Acceptable use of kaizen sites and services
    • Use kaizen.sa for lawful, authorized purposes only; do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or security bypass.
    • Respect access controls for restricted/client areas; do not share credentials; Kaizen may suspend access for suspicious activity. See Terms of Use sections on use of content, restricted areas, and security.
7. User content, community spaces, and events
    • You are responsible for the content you submit (posts, uploads, chats, Q&A). Do not share illegal, obscene, harassing, defamatory, invasive, infringing, or confidential third-party material.
    • Do not upload sensitive identifiers, full payment data, or protected health information.
    • Kaizen may moderate or remove content and may restrict participation to protect users and the platform. See Terms of Use (interactive services).
8. Generative AI and automated tools

Do not feed restricted/client-only Kaizen content into external AI/ML systems or services, and do not allow such systems to crawl/train on it, unless Kaizen provides explicit written permission. Public pages may be indexed per standard protocols. See Terms of Use (Generative AI clause).

9. Communications, branding, and media
    • Use Kaizen’s logos/badges only with written permission or a valid license; keep Kaizen branding less prominent than your own and never align it to imply partnership, unless authorized.
    • Press releases, ads, emails, and social posts that reference Kaizen findings must follow Citation Policy rules (including objectivity statement and linking to authorized assets).
10. Security and Confidentiality
    • Safeguard Kaizen systems, credentials, confidential information, and client data; follow least-privilege and need-to-know principles.
    • Report security concerns, phishing, or suspected incidents immediately through designated channels.
    • Do not introduce malware, attempt to disrupt services, or probe infrastructure without authorization. See Terms of Use (security and acceptable use).
