Project Components
The project designed and developed a suite of training curricula for education departments within the Ministry of Education. It aimed to raise awareness, enhance skills and empower capabilities across multiple fields relevant to institutional development. The curricula included modern training modules, interactive materials, evaluation tools and guidance for trainers.
A. The Challenge
Education departments lacked a cohesive set of training programmes to build staff competencies aligned with organisational goals.
B. Our Solution
A comprehensive training needs analysis was conducted, modular curricula were developed across various topics, and resources and trainers were prepared to deliver the programmes effectively.
C. Key Achievements
Complete curricula were delivered, staff skills and knowledge increased, training evaluation tools were developed, and the ministry gained a sustainable framework for staff development.
