The project develops a comprehensive framework for quality and institutional excellence at the Agricultural Development Fund. It reviews policies and procedures, aligns them with strategy and Vision 2030, designs measurement systems and indicators, fosters a culture of excellence, enables operational excellence and digital transformation, establishes an effective excellence function and unifies data on indicators, satisfaction and human resources.
A. The Challenge
The Agricultural Development Fund needed an integrated framework to improve quality and institutional performance across its operations. Existing policies and metrics were fragmented, hindering strategic alignment and the adoption of best practices in governance, measurement and digital transformation.
B. Our Solution
We reviewed and updated policies and procedures, designed comprehensive measurement systems and indicators and established an excellence function. Our approach promoted a culture of excellence, supported operational improvements and laid the foundation for digital transformation. We unified data sources for reporting on performance, satisfaction and human resources.
C. Key Achievements
The resulting framework provides the fund with a clear roadmap for quality and excellence. It improves decision‑making through unified indicators, strengthens alignment with Vision 2030 and prepares the organisation for digital transformation. The initiative fosters a culture of continuous improvement and institutional maturity.
