This initiative promotes the adoption of digital trust and identity services in Saudi Arabia and fosters international cooperation. It assesses current usage, develops outreach strategies, engages stakeholders and implements training programmes to increase acceptance among government, businesses and citizens. It also participates in global forums to align with international standards and share best practices.
A. The Challenge
Despite the availability of digital identity services, adoption remained low due to limited awareness, trust and integration across sectors. Cross‑border compatibility with foreign systems was also lacking.
B. Our Solution
We conducted needs assessments, designed awareness campaigns and collaborated with regulators and service providers to simplify onboarding. Training sessions and pilots demonstrated the benefits, while international collaboration efforts ensured alignment with global standards.
C. Key Achievements
The initiative significantly increased adoption of digital identity services and strengthened Saudi Arabia’s position in international trust networks. Stakeholders reported higher user satisfaction and improved service delivery, and the country engaged in new cooperation agreements.
