This initiative creates a comprehensive framework to measure the maturity of digital experiences across government platforms and services. It involves assessing the current state, designing maturity indicators and measurement tools, conducting periodic maturity assessments, analysing results, reporting on levels of progress and building capacity through training and knowledge transfer.

A. The Challenge

Government entities lacked a coherent framework to evaluate and compare the maturity of their digital platforms and services, hindering strategic planning and improvement. Without unified indicators, measurement cycles and knowledge transfer mechanisms, progress toward national digital goals remained uneven.

B. Our Solution

We analysed the current maturity landscape and national indicators, developed a maturity framework with metrics, evaluation methods and quality assurance processes, and prepared business requirement analyses. We conducted multiple measurement cycles, analysed results, produced detailed reports and lessons learned, and delivered training workshops and knowledge transfer documents to ensure sustainability.

C. Key Achievements

The project delivered a robust maturity framework, executed measurement cycles and provided detailed reports with improvement recommendations. It published success stories and lessons, enhanced the capabilities of Digital Government Authority teams through training and knowledge transfer, and established a sustainable methodology for ongoing evaluations.
