We delivered a focused Kaizen applications program for Amoun Pharmaceutical, training a manager and engineer in Lean methodologies. The workshop covered value stream mapping of current and future states, principles of Kaizen, 5S and visual management, problem identification and analysis, and basics of Total Productive Maintenance.
A. The Challenge
Amoun needed to embed continuous improvement and Lean thinking but lacked trained personnel. Processes were not mapped and waste reduction opportunities were unexplored.
B. Our Solution
We conducted an intensive training program covering Kaizen principles, value stream mapping, 5S, visual management and TPM. Participants learned to identify root causes and develop actionable improvement recommendations.
C. Key Achievements
The program equipped attendees with practical tools to map processes, reduce waste and apply 5S and TPM. They developed improvement proposals supported by ROI analysis and initiated a culture of continuous improvement.
