We delivered a Kaizen applications program for El-Araby Group, training managers and engineers in Lean methodologies. The program included value stream mapping for current and future states, principles of Kaizen, problem identification and analysis techniques, and ROI presentation for improvement projects.

A. The Challenge

Managers and engineers required practical training in Lean and Kaizen to drive productivity and waste reduction. There was a need for structured problem analysis and a clear demonstration of return on investment.

B. Our Solution

We conducted workshops on value stream mapping, Kaizen principles, problem analysis and solution recommendation. Participants prepared presentations on various improvement projects, including expected returns on investment.

C. Key Achievements
