The project developed and delivered comprehensive training curricula to improve the performance of financial resource development officers in charities. A six‑day programme covered leadership in non‑profits, financial management, performance management, fundraising planning and governance. For each module, detailed training materials and exercises were prepared to ensure practical application.
A. The Challenge
Charities often lacked structured training for teams responsible for fundraising and financial resource management. Without formal instruction, staff struggled to plan, govern and sustain fundraising activities, limiting organisational impact and growth.
B. Our Solution
Our team designed a six‑day programme addressing key competencies: leadership in non‑profits, financial management, performance management, fundraising planning and governance. We produced tailored training materials, delivered interactive workshops and provided guidance to help participants apply new skills within their organisations.
